To replace the front brake pads on an Audi Q7, lift the vehicle so that the corresponding front wheel is off the ground. Then, unscrew the bolts that secure the wheel to the hub to remove it and access the brake caliper. The caliper must be freed from the bolts holding it in place so that you can slide out the retaining pin for the brake pads inside the caliper. This will allow you to remove the old pads and insert the new ones, ensuring everything functions properly.
