Procedure to Replace Control Arms

Model: Audi A4 B5 - Years 1994-2000
Part: Control arm

This video shows an unconventional procedure to replace the control arms on an Audi A4. After positioning the vehicle on jack stands, remove the tire and take it off. Using a power drill, remove the control arm bolt, then in this particular case, you will need to use a torch on the pin to free the control arm. Use a chisel and hammer to assist you. The video continues with the removal of the shock absorber: to access it (after raising the car further), you need to remove the three bolts that are accessible from the top (under the hood). Once the shock absorber is removed, loosen the bolts that secure the two control arms and position them perpendicular to the shock absorber. Reinstall the shock absorber, then lower the vehicle and re-tighten the three bolts in the engine area. Raise the car again and replace the old control arm, greasing the control arm bolt seat; reconnect the control arm using a channel lock pliers and hammer. Secure the control arm bolt with the power drill.

How to Replace the Key Battery of the Ford Ecosport

First, lift the rear cover of the remote, where the logo of your vehicle is located. You can do this by simply lifting it with your hands, giving you access to the metal key of the device. Remove it by lifting it out, and now use a flathead screwdriver to insert the blade into the slot at the top of the key. By applying a small lever, you can extract the panel covering the battery and separating the two parts of the key. Once you have access to the battery slot, you can easily replace it.
