To replace the control arm on an Audi A4, lift the car so that the corresponding wheel is off the ground. Next, loosen the bolts that secure the wheel, which must be removed to access the components inside. Here, remove the bolts that secure the control arm at the hub and at the front axle. Once both bolts are loosened, you can slide the old control arm out of its housing and replace it with a new part.
