Thermostat Replacement on Audi A2

Is the thermostat damaged? Replace it on your Audi A2. Remove the bolts from the thermostat hose clamp and (use a socket spanner with the appropriate sockets) pull out the sealing cap from the housing and extract the coolant thermostat. Clean the housing where the thermostat fits. Insert the new part and refit the hose cap. Tighten the bolts securely, and you are done. Ensure that you have correctly inserted and mounted the valve in the appropriate housing. Refill the coolant reservoir once the thermostat installation is complete.
