Removing the sun visor from a Q5? It's a simple task, let's see how. Use a screwdriver to detach the sun visor (left or right side), disconnect the power connector if present on the model. Take the sun visor and move it out from under the retaining clip, prying around the plastic clips until it comes free from the panel.

Install the new retaining clip into the headliner. Once the piece is mounted, attach the sun visor to the plastic hook.

Test the proper operation of the newly installed piece. Reconnect the electrical connector if it was removed earlier.
