How to Replace the Key Battery on an Audi A6

First, detach the physical key from the electronic key of your Audi A6 by pressing the release button located on the upper section. Start by extracting the battery compartment from the key. This will give you access to the dead battery, which you can then remove. Once you have completed this step, you will have successfully disassembled the key. To install the new battery and close the key, simply follow these instructions in reverse, and you will have completed the replacement.
