Remove the Fuel Pump/Floating Unit on Audi A4 B8

In this video, see how to remove the fuel pump or floating unit on an Audi A4 B8 in simple steps. First, remove the rear seat by lifting it up. Then, take off the cover of the floating pump by unscrewing the mounting screws. At this point, disconnect the electrical connector of the fuel pump and the fuel line. Next, unscrew the retaining ring using the appropriate wrench, or by tapping with a flat screwdriver, to remove the pump. Finally, replace it with the new one and reassemble everything by following the reverse procedure!
