To remove the reverse light bulb on an Audi A4, lift the trunk lid and remove the plastic cover located on the inner left side. Once the cover is removed, disconnect a connector and pull out the plastic housing where the two bulbs are seated.

The reverse light bulb should be inserted into the smaller housing located at the bottom. After inserting the reverse light bulb, reconnect the connector and reinsert the plastic part under the cover of the trunk lid.
