In this video, you can see how to change the bulb of a fog light on an Audi A4 B8. You need to do the work from the front wheel well, where you can easily access the fog light, which is located at the lowest part of the front bumper. First, remove the fender to reach the light assembly; this only requires a couple of screws.

Move the panel aside, reach in, and access the bulb. Replace it, remembering to never touch it with bare hands, put it back in place, and close the fender.
