How to Unlock the Fuel Flap on the Audi A3?

The fuel flap on the Audi A3 may become stuck because the motor that allows the opening and closing of the flap short circuits. To unlock the flap, open the boot and remove the panel located in the section of the boot corresponding to the flap. Behind the panel, you will find a red strap which, when pulled, will allow manual unlocking of the flap. After pulling the strap, apply slight pressure on the flap so that it can open, allowing you to refuel.
