To replace the battery in the Audi Q5 key fob, press the button on the chrome cover and remove it to access the internal key. Once the chrome cover and key are removed, you can extract the tray containing the battery from the top. At this point, the old battery can be replaced with a new replacement part and inserted back into its housing. After replacing the battery, you can also insert the key and check the proper functioning of the key fob.
