How to Remove the Instrument Cluster from an Audi TT MK2

Model: Audi Tt MK 2, 8J - Years 2006-2014

Start by lowering and pulling the steering wheel down as far as possible to give yourself enough space to work without obstruction. Once done, remove the lower cover by simply disengaging it from its position. This will reveal two screws at the bottom that secure the instrument cluster; remove these screws. After both screws are removed, pull the instrument cluster out of its housing. To completely remove it, disconnect the connectors at the back. Once you complete this last step, you will have successfully disassembled the instrument cluster.
