How to replace the interior rearview mirror

Removing the interior rear-view mirror of the Audi A4 vehicle requires a particular procedure as compared to traditional rear-view mirrors, it will also be necessary to remove the clamp of the electric cable which is located under a plastic ring. Then we proceed as follows: First of all, we go to find all the material to be able to work with peace of mind (Hard plastic lever, new mirror); we go up inside the cockpit, take the lever that we will need to pivot and then to detach the plastic ring that covers the electric cable of the mirror. Once removed, grab the plastic post that holds the mirror in place to the vehicle's windshield and turn it counterclockwise; at this point you will be able to easily detach the mirror; disconnect the clamp of the electric cable; take the new mirror and refit it by proceeding backwards.
