How to Replace the Rear Brake Light Bulb on an Audi A4

Model: Audi A4 B6 - Years 2000-2004

Before you begin, open the trunk. Start by removing the cover on the side of the trunk. Once removed, you will reveal a screw that you need to unscrew. Next, you can detach the light assembly from its housing by releasing the clips that hold it in place, then pull it out. This will allow you to remove the bulb cover. Once the cover is off, remove the bulb by turning it counterclockwise ninety degrees, then pull it out, and you will have removed the burnt-out bulb. To install the new bulb, simply reverse the steps, and you will have successfully completed the replacement.
