Replacing the Car Radio in an Audi A2

Model: Audi A2 MK 1 - Years 1999-2005

Insert the two special "keys" with rings into the appropriate holes located on the sides of the car radio. Push them in until they stop, and their tips will latch onto the radio's hooks. At this point, pull both rings simultaneously to extract the radio, guiding it out piece by piece. Next, disconnect the connectors from the radio, connect them to the new unit you purchased, and push it back in until it clicks into place: this is all you need to reinstall the car radio. If you also want to replace the air vent section, after removing the radio, unscrew the two screws located in the corners behind it.
