How to replace the remote control battery of the Audi A3?

Model: Audi A3 MK 3, 8V - Years 2012-2019
Part: Key

In this video we can see how to replace the remote control battery of the Audi A3. For this simple operation we need a small flat-tip screwdriver and, of course, a CR2032 replacement battery. First, we extend the emergency key by pressing the appropriate button, then insert the tip of the screwdriver in the indicated slot and unlock the rear door by levering. At this point, helping us again with the screwdriver, we extract the old battery and insert the new one, taking care to position it with the positive pole facing us.

How to Open the Key Battery of a Volkswagen Golf 7

How do you open the key fob of a Volkswagen Golf Series 7? Take your key fob and press the release button of the metal key; once the metal key pops out, use a screwdriver to pry between the two halves of the key fob (in the space where the metal key fits). Pry until the cover opens, then extract the worn battery with a small screwdriver. Get a new battery of the same size and voltage. Join the two parts: press the key fob case until you hear it click into place. Check the proper functioning of the key fob by operating the buttons.
