To replace the cabin fan on an Audi Q7, open the glove compartment located on the passenger side and loosen the screws inside. This will allow you to completely remove the inner compartment after disconnecting the connectors attached to its rear. Once removed, loosen the screws securing the fan motor, located at the bottom right of the compartment: after the screws are removed, disconnect the connectors and pull the part out of its housing, replacing it with a new one.
