How do you remove the headlight of the Audi A6?

Model: Audi A6 MK 2, C5 - Years 1997-2004

In order to remove the front headlight of the Audi A6 you have to open the hood to access the engine compartment and go to remove the plastic cover that is located right in the back of the headlight. Once this has been removed, it will be possible to loosen the screws that secure the headlight at the top and at the bottom; in this way, it will be possible to extract the headlight from inside its housing and disconnect the connector at the rear. Once the old headlight has been removed, it will be possible to insert a new spare part which will have to be connected to the connector and fixed with the screws.
