Replacing the key battery requires some application but is not impossible. We need to get a new button battery, model CR 2032 at 3V, and have some manual skills. Let's take out the emergency key by pressing on the shell. To replace the battery we have to open the lid; to do this we have to help ourselves with the key that has just been extracted. Let's insert it into the slot by tilting it slightly towards the inside of the remote control until we see the lid open slightly. At this point we are going to remove the cover, extract the battery and replace it with the new one. Finally, let's put the battery cover and the emergency key back in place.

How to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo

Let's see in this short and simple guide the instructions that will allow us to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo. First of all we open the front door, on the driver's side, and start pulling the opening lever of the engine hood, in order to open the lock; then let's move to the front of the vehicle and unhook the tab that we find on the central part, above the manufacturer's emblem, as shown in the video. At this point we block the bonnet with the lateral rod; then we accompany the bonnet down to close it again!
