If the cooling fans of the engine cooling system happen to fail to run, you could seriously damage the engine due to overheating. It is therefore necessary to check some elements of the system to trace the cause of the malfunction. First of all, make sure that the protection fuses are intact and therefore that power is supplied to the connector (you can use a multimeter and simply a light bulb); if these checks give a positive result, then it is likely that the problem is in the fan motor and you can try to power them directly with an external battery: then disconnect the power socket, connect the ground with two cables and try to power the two other fastons which represent the operating speeds; if the engine does not start then it means that it has burned out and will need to be replaced.
