Replacing Stabilizer Bar Bushings

Model: Audi A4 B6 - Years 2000-2004
Part: Bearing

Lift the vehicle on a hydraulic lift and remove the front wheels (pay attention to any anti-theft bolt); then disconnect the links from the suspension control arms to free the stabilizer bar and remove the respective mounting brackets that house the bushings; once the brackets are removed, take out the old bushings and insert the new ones after lubricating them with grease (silicone bushings, which are much more durable than rubber ones, can also be used); finally, reverse the process to reassemble the brackets and links.

How to Replace the Front Brake Pads on an Alfa Romeo

Here’s how to replace the front brake pads on an Alfa Romeo. Lift the car on a column lift (jack) to the desired height, then remove the wheel (using a socket wrench or air impact gun) with the respective bolts. Unscrew the caliper retaining bolt and remove the caliper from the wheel hub. Use a screwdriver to detach the pads from the caliper, then remove the brake caliper. Fit the new pads onto the caliper; then refit the caliper onto the brake disc. Tighten all bolts and refit the wheel. Repeat the same steps for the other calipers on the vehicle.
