In this short and simple guide, learn how to remove and replace the coolant temperature sensor on the Audi TT 1.8T. First, open the hood of your car and locate the temperature sensor; remove the upper plastic cover to access the sensor, which is located to the right of the cylinder head, as shown in the video. At this point, remove the tab or clip of the sensor, disconnecting its electrical connector to remove it; then install the new sensor, replacing the gasket and securing it properly!
