Replacing the side mirror glass is very simple since it is attached to the support only through plastic tabs. It is also easy to find a replacement in the aftermarket.

First, tilt the mirror all the way inward and pry the back to detach it, pulling it away enough from its housing to disconnect the defrosting connectors. Next, bring the new mirror close, connect the defrosting connectors, and align the mounting tabs with the support, then press to snap it in place.
