In this new guide for your 2004 Audi A4, discover how to replace the button battery inside the smart key remote. First, get a flathead screwdriver and use it to split the key cover in two. Once done, remove the back cover with your hands and locate the small dead battery inside. Finally, remove it and replace it with a new compatible battery. At this point, reassemble the cover correctly, and you're done.
