How to Change the Battery in the Audi A6 Key Fob

As shown clearly in the video, replacing the battery in the remote for the Audi A6 is very simple. There are no screws to remove or other parts to disassemble. To start, pull firmly on the metal part at one end where the keyring is located. Once you pull out this element, you will see a rectangular black plastic end: this also needs to be removed. Just apply pressure outward firmly. Once removed, you have accessed the battery compartment of the remote and can replace the battery with a new one. Reassemble the key.
