In this video, you can see where the battery is located in the Audi A4 B8 and how to proceed if you need to replace it. As shown, it is located inside the trunk, beneath the floor panel. Once you remove both the panel and the spare tire, you can unscrew the two bolts of the mounting bracket with a 13mm socket wrench.

Finally, disconnect both terminals, starting with the negative, remove the battery from the housing, and install the replacement by following the reverse procedure. Make sure to reconnect the positive terminal first and then the negative.
