How to Replace the Thermostat on an Audi A6

To replace the thermostat on an Audi A6, open the hood to access the components in the engine bay. Locate the plastic cover on top of the engine block and remove it. Underneath, find the hose for the coolant on the right side, which needs to be disconnected by removing the corresponding clamp. After removal, you can pull out the thermostat located underneath, replace it with a new one, and reassemble all the previously removed parts.
