To replace the battery in the Audi A4 remote key, press the designated button on the device to slide out the key. Once the key is removed, you can pull out the corresponding tray underneath, which contains the battery. After extracting the tray, remove the old battery and replace it with a new one. Once replaced, reinsert the battery into its slot, reposition the key, and check that everything works correctly.
