To set the clock on your Audi A4, turn on the ignition. Then, press the CAR button located on the center control panel.

This will bring up a screen where you need to first press the SETUP button, followed by the arrow button in the upper left corner. Now, use the circular knob to select "Time". Rotate the knob to adjust the time to the correct hour.

Finally, return to the main screen to ensure the change has been made correctly.
