How to open the fuel door locked in the Audi A6?

In the Audi A6, it may happen that the fuel door gets stuck, for example due to a malfunction in the actuator or the control button. In these cases, it is still possible to perform an emergency opening by following the procedure shown in this tutorial. First, we open the trunk door, then we remove the small storage compartment located on the right wall and locate the red cord. We then grab this cord and pull it towards us to unlock the latch.
