In our Audi, it may happen that the tailgate gets stuck, for example due to a problem with the control button or the lock actuator. In these cases, we can perform the emergency opening following the simple procedure shown in this tutorial. First, unlock the locks, then open the rear doors and, by operating the corresponding lever, lower the backrest of the sofa. Then go inside the trunk, locate the locking mechanism, and push it down. The tailgate will then be free to be opened.
