In our Audi, the boot may become jammed due to an issue with the control button or the lock actuator. In such cases, you can perform an emergency opening by following the simple procedure shown in this tutorial.

First, unlock the locks, then open the rear doors and, using the relevant lever, lower the backrest of the seat. Next, go to the boot area, locate the locking mechanism, and push it downwards.

The boot will then be free to open.
