In the Audi A3, the MMI system may occasionally malfunction, such as freezing. In these cases, you can try to resolve the issue by performing a reset of the system; let's see how to proceed in this tutorial.

First, go inside the cabin, then insert the key and turn on the instrument cluster. Next, press and hold the "MENU" button, the large knob, and the top right arrow for about 2 seconds, then release them when the display turns off. Wait for the system to restart and check if the issues are resolved.
