To remove the door panel of the Audi A4, pry with a tool to detach the trim next to the inner handle: once this trim is removed, you can loosen all the screws located underneath it. Additionally, you will need to loosen the screws found under the window switch and under the door panel itself.

Once all these screws are loosened, you can detach the panel by disconnecting the underlying connectors and inserting the new panel.
