We will briefly cover the main steps for disassembling and replacing the clutch discs on a Benelli TRK 502 motorcycle. First, place the bike on the centre stand and begin by removing the gear lever by unscrewing the fixing pin; then disconnect the gear cable from the adjuster, as shown in the video. Next, drain the engine oil by unscrewing the screws of the clutch cover to remove it; unscrew the screws of the clutch pack to remove all the discs, replacing the clutch with a new original one, applying the reverse procedure!
