Muffler restoration on Beta Rr 50

To remove the muffler, remove the springs between the cylinder and the muffler itself, using a wire and pulling them with pliers. There are two springs. As shown in the video, unscrew the two bolts. Now it will take some strength but the muffler will come off, pulling it out from behind. Sand the muffler, initially with coarser sandpaper (180 is recommended) and then with a finer one to remove any marks left by the first (120 paper). With the torch, go over the welds of the muffler holding it in a vice but being careful not to scratch it. Refit the muffler.

How to replace the battery on Suzuki SV 650?

In order to replace the battery of the Suzuki SV 650 it is necessary to loosen the screws that fix the side fairings that are located in correspondence with the saddle. When the fairings have been removed, it will be possible to loosen the screws underneath in order to disengage the saddle. The battery will now be accessible and can be removed by unclipping the terminals and loosening the fixing screws. After the old battery has been removed, it will be possible to insert a new one which will have to be connected to the terminals and fixed with the appropriate bolts. After installation, the saddle and side fairings will also have to be re-attached.
