How to Change the Engine Oil on a Beta Xtrainer

To change the engine oil on the Beta Xtrainer, loosen the drain plug located at the bottom of the bike in the central position. Unscrewing this plug will allow you to collect the used oil in a suitably positioned container, and you can also remove the oil filter located in the same position.

Once the old filter is removed, insert the new one; then top up by adding new oil through the breather on the right side of the bike.
