This guide provides instructions on how to perform routine maintenance by replacing the engine oil and oil filter on the BMW F800 GS. First, place your motorcycle on the centre stand and start by loosening the oil drain bolt located under the engine, allowing the oil to drain into a container for about ten minutes; then, use the appropriate spanner to remove the oil filter cartridge and replace it with a new one (screw it in by hand and then tighten gently).

Now, remove the screw and pour in the new oil, checking the oil level!

How to Replace the Front Brake Pads on an Aprilia RS 457?
