In order to reset the window regulator of the BMW 3 Series, you must start with the window completely lowered: at this point, you will need to hold down the button to raise it and when the window is raised, you will need to continue holding it down for a few seconds. At this point, you will need to pull the button up twice in a row to raise the window, so that the reset procedure is completed; once the reset procedure has been completed, you will notice that the window can be raised and lowered without any problems.
