How to Remove the Grille on BMW 1 Series

In this video, learn how to remove the central grille located on the front bumper of a BMW 1 Series. Start by unfastening the bumper at the top, then remove the plastic grille frame from both sides of the bumper using a plastic lever and screwdriver. Leverage between the frame and the bumper until the clips inside are released. Once the clips are detached, remove the grille from the bumper and fit a new one. Refit the grille into the bumper by pressing it until it locks in place. Check that all parts are correctly mounted.
