Removing the rear headlight on the BMW X2, model F39, is a simple and quick task you can do yourself. To remove the headlight, open the trunk and unscrew the plastic screw located on the left side of the socket.

After removing the screw, disconnect the headlight connector by removing the trunk's inner carpet, or pull the headlight outward and disconnect it later. After removing the headlight, you can replace the bulbs or the main connector.

After this procedure, ensure that the headlight functions correctly.
