How to Reset Service Indicators on the Onboard Computer

This video shows how to reset the oil light, brake pad wear sensor, fuel reserve light, oil level, glow plug light, and other functions on the BMW 325 and 330. The buttons you need to locate are: the button located at the bottom right (your left) of the instrument cluster, the "BC" button, and the "SCROLL" lever, both located on the turn signal stalk. After turning on the ignition, by pressing the button near the speedometer, you can access the first step for the "resetting" operations. To select the function you want to reset, simply scroll (forward or backward) using the "SCROLL" button and select, for example, the "brake pad wear", "oil level", "glow plug light", or "service light". For the actual reset, just hold down the "BC" button: by holding it down, you will perform the reset you need, and the indicator light will change from red to orange.
