Get some plastic trim tools to avoid scratches, then pry between the logo and the plastic trim above the tailgate until it detaches from the body. Once the piece is detached, remove it from the housing and prepare to install the new logo: clean the base where you will stick the logo; position the emblem perfectly on the plastic logo holder, press down with your hands until the emblem adheres securely to the base. Finally, double-check that everything is installed perfectly.
