Removing the Mirror on BMW Series 1

Replacing the external mirror mounted inside the mirror housing. Let's see how to remove the damaged mirror on the BMW Series 1. Pry between the perimeter of the mirror frame and the mirror glass. Apply leverage until the glass detaches from the mirror (disconnect the power cable); this is a delicate operation as the glass or the mirror itself may break. Install the new mirror: fit the plastics of the mirror into the plastics of the mirror housing. Remove the mirror cover if you need to replace it or work inside.
