Want to remove the front seat of a BMW 3 Series? Here’s how to take it out from inside the cabin. Move the seat back (using the electric buttons if available) and raise the seat cushion.

Then, use a socket wrench to remove the securing bolts on the front track. Move the seat forward with the adjustment buttons and remove the securing bolts from the rear of the track.

Disconnect the power connectors for the front seat if present. Remove the seat and pull it out of the car. Install a new seat or a repaired seat.
