How do you remove the seat from the BMW 3 Series? Let's see how to take off the front seat from the sliding tracks. Move the seat back or forward using the electric buttons and raise the seat cushion. Then, use a socket wrench to remove the tightening bolts located on the sliding tracks of the seat. Finally, disconnect the power connectors for the front seat and pull it out from the cabin. Install the new seat inside the car: align the seat tracks over the sliding tracks. Tighten the bolts and connect the electrical connectors to enable the seat movement.
