Operation: Removing the external rear-view mirror

In order to remove the external rear-view mirror, the door panel must in any case be removed in order to reach the wiring socket for the electrical adjustment control. Once the panel has been removed and the socket unhooked, remove the triangular-shaped plastic cover that is right in correspondence with the mirror and unscrew the fixing pins; one is located behind the door seal. At this point it is possible to remove the mirror and repair or replace it as needed. Proceed backwards for reassembly, carefully repositioning the cable.

Let's see in this guide the main steps to be able to change the transmission oil of the second series Fiat Ducato, with 2.8 JTD engine. First of all we lift the car and go to locate the gear oil vent bolt, which we find near the transmission; we use a hex wrench to unscrew it, letting it drain the old oil in a container for about ten minutes. At this point we open the bonnet and remove the air intake sleeve, so as to be able to access the gearbox oil filling hole; then we fill up to the maximum level!
