This video shows you how to clean and drain the hose located near the fuel filler neck. Inside the fuel filler neck, you will find a plastic seal that covers and protects it; this circular seal also has a little-known function: it retains excess or spilled gasoline, preventing it from dripping down the side of your car. Additionally, there is a hose that directs the fuel from inside the seal down to the ground, specifically behind the rear tire.

To keep it clean, simply wash it with gasoline.
