To replace the inner door handle of the BMW X3, you need to completely remove the door panel: this can be done by unscrewing the screws located in the central area of the armrest. Once the panel is removed from the door, you can access the internal screws that secure the handle to the panel.

By unscrewing these screws and disconnecting the connector, the handle mechanism can be completely removed, allowing you to install a new one. After installation, you can reattach the panel to the door.
