Replacement of interior lights in the BMW 1 Series F20

Model: BMW Serie 1 F20, F21, MK 2 - Years 2011-2019
Part: Interior dome light bulb

In this video we see how to replace the interior lights of the BMW 1 Series F20 / F21. Specifically, the front and rear courtesy lights, that of the trunk and that of the glovebox will be changed. Let's start with the front light; we extract the ceiling light from the sky with the help of a screwdriver or a pin. Let's now replace the bulb, type T10. Reassemble the two forks and put the ceiling light back in its place. Identical work also for the rear ceiling light, again inserting a new T10. We then finish our work with the glove compartment and trunk bulb; always interlocking but without the fasteners, it is even easier.

How to Remove the Dome Light in a Mercedes C-Class

In this video, see how to replace the bulb or LED in the dome light of a Mercedes C-Class. Using a screwdriver or plastic trim tool, pry between the dome light cover and its perimeter (without breaking the plastic), remove the grille from the dome light, and then take out the clear plastic cover. Replace the damaged bulb with a new one (same size and voltage). Reinstall the plastic cover in its housing (press it in with your hands until the tabs are fully secured). Test the light's proper functioning before reinstalling the piece.
