How to replace the timing chain on the Bmw X5 e70

Model: BMW X5 E70 - Years 2007-2013
Part: Timing belt

We often find that our car emits more vibrations than usual, so it will be necessary to replace the timing chain. To replace the BMW X5 chain, as a first step we will have to extract the entire engine block. Once this is done, we will go to locate the chain cover on the side and unscrew the fixing bolts. After removing the cover we will notice the chain, and we will loosen the "chain tensioner" bolt in order to remove it and then replace it with the new one. Once replaced, just screw in the "chain tensioner" bolt and close the cover, fixing it with the bolts.

How to Remove the Front Brake Pads on a Chrysler PT Cruiser

To remove the front brake pads on a Chrysler PT Cruiser, position the car on a column lift and raise it to a comfortable height. Unscrew the pins using a socket wrench or air drill and remove the wheel. Then, use a screwdriver to detach the brake pads. Next, remove the caliper bracket and unscrew the pins on the brake disc (using a Torx screwdriver). Pull the disc towards you to slide it off the hub. Install the new brake disc with all associated pins, secure the caliper bracket to the disc and the pads, then mount the brake caliper, ensuring all pins are tightened properly. Before mounting the wheel, bleed the brake caliper and tighten the pin.
